(September 7, 2010 - New York, NY) – Only a month since LILITH 2010 came to an end, SARAH MCLACHLAN is ready to get back on the road. The Grammy-Award winning singer/songwriter has announced a special fall tour launching Monday, November 1 in Dallas. The “Sarah And Friends” tour will be one unlike any other, with shows consisting of two sets: one set with Sarah sitting in on songs by her guest performers, and a second set of Sarah's greatest hits and new favorites from her recently released and critically-acclaimed album, LAWS OF ILLUSION.

“Sarah And Friends” will also have an interactive element as Sarah answers audience questions intermittently throughout the performance. Fans will have the opportunity to submit questions upon their arrival, which Sarah will then choose randomly from the stage.

This summer’s Lilith tour saw Sarah rejoin new and old friends on the road, and her live performances were among the best in her career. In a live review of the Los Angeles-area Lilith tour date, the Los Angeles Times raved "McLachlan ...was almost levitating with radiant energy,” the Hollywood Reporter observed, “Sarah isn’t just back. She’s better,” and the Orange County Register said Sarah was “at her finest.”

Of her first album of brand new material in 7 years, USA Today raves: “Some of her most buoyant and beautifully crafted songs ever. (New York – NY) – Singer/songwriter/ producer Mike Posner will be premiering his video for his first single "Cooler Than Me" on MTV2 and MTV.com on Wednesday, May 26^th. Posner's video will run exclusively on MTV.com for 24 hours and be featured on MTV2, MTVU and MTV Hits. Posner is also MTVU "Ahead of The Curve" featured artist. "Cooler Than Me" the first single off Posner's upcoming debut album, is currently available at iTunes.

 

Directed by Jason Beattie, and shot earlier this month in Los Angeles, the video for "Cooler Than Me" is a high energy, fast paced video full of subtle effects and intense color work.

 

"Cooler Than Me" is heating up the charts at both Top 40 and Rhythm radio and is currently sitting at #54 on the Billboard Hot 100. Posner will be performing the song on Lopez Tonight on May 31^st. The Los Angeles Times recently called Posner "…pop's next best thing." and Entertainment Weekly featured him in The Bullseye and said "On Mike Posner's first single "Cooler Than Me," he sings, "If I could write you a song to make you fall in love…" He just did."

 

Posner, who graduated from Duke University earlier this month, will be performing at Bonnaroo in June, his headlining show at the Key Club in Los Angeles on June 15^th has sold out, and he hits the road all summer long for the Warped Tour.
