When he sings “I’m going to the Underworld” on the stunning track “Peace on Earth”, you feel the unlikely urge to go with him, and the reason becomes perfectly clear as his masterful backup vocal choices guide the song through Beatles-inspired, dark atmospheres. This is an artist who is not afraid to experiment because he is confident in his song writing ability. Matthias Sturm hails from former East Germany and attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden.

He was part of the Bohemian art movement and was also involved in the early formation of the illegal punk music scene. After the Wall came down, he became one of East Germany's youngest and most talented painters. His art is part of some of the more important art collections in Germany, Austria and the USA, as well as in numerous private art collections. The US record debut Blood And Thunder, produced by David Hillis (Pearl Jam, Afghan Wigs, James Blunt) was recorded at Blind Melon's studio with musicians such as two time Grammy nominated songstress Erin Alden and drummer Dave Krusen, who once anchored Pearl Jam as a founding member.

This all-star album collaboration, which drops on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, conveys a subtle and colorful mix of Alternative Rock, Folk & Avant Garde, garnished with cinematic soundscapes and embellished by the remarkable, heartfelt voice of the singer.Matthias Sturm has and enjoys a recently growing fan community in the Benelux States where Belgium popstar NOVASTAR recruited Matthias Sturm for supporting slots in his 2008 tour in Belgium and Holland. The artist has performed on club tours and larger venues across Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, India and the USA, amongst some legendary stages like the AB (L' Ancienne Belgique) at Brussels.

I would put his approach somewhere between Roger Waters and David Bowie, yet he has his own unique delivery. “Blood and Thunder” is recommended listening for fans of lush, story telling in their rock and folk music. Scientists agree that we are heading for major changes in 2012, but what those changes will be...i dont know, Nasa tells us that there will be sunflares effecting powergrids etc...ive asked my mother today what would we do if we dont have electricity, how will we cook and so on..i will be working next week, my usualy ratrace working 6 days a week...

but im also checking on youtube, listen to the news to keep in touch with whats realy going on in the world...,...im trying not to think of it or maybe i just need to wake up...what if its all real...what will you do? how to survive....

I dont know about you all, but forgetting to back up information on my Computer is an on going problem. I cant tell you how many times I lost valuable information that can never be gotten again.

I tryed everything memory sticks ,cd's etc... And I alway's forget to back up my documents and information. I am constantly trying to remind myself to do so with sticky notes on my PC..

Peet Caliber’s extensive resume includes over 15 mixtapes, 400-plus songs with only a handful being recognized or heard. I don't know about you all, but sometimes I forget to back up the information on

my PC from time to time. Or I'm just too lazy to look it up in my external hard drive, So that I can make a back up. So i wind up leaving it as it is.

And not to mention that in the last couple of years my Computer Crashed a couple of times causing me to loose valuable information or work. You would think I would have learned by now to back up my information or work. But every now and then you get so into what your doing that you forget to do so.

My family members even bought me an expensive external hard drive as a gift and I still

didn't take the time to back it up.

Ice Cube’s new film “Rampart” also stars Woody Harrelson and centers around the scandals that took place in the Los Angeles Police Department in the 1990s, showcases police misconducts in the Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums (CRASH) anti-gang program including unprovoked shootings, beatings, planting of evidence, framing of suspects, stealing and dealing narcotics, bank robbery, perjury and covering up evidence.

Ice Cube is set to play a LAPD officer alongside Foster, who are colleagues with Harrelson’s character, an LAPD officer on a redemptive journey who finds himself embroiled in scandal.

The LAPD, which has widely been criticized for the mishandling of the murder cases of the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac, have denied allegations that they have ever hired criminals to work as officers in the division.

But according to retired robbery-homicide detective Russell Poole in the critically acclaimed book “Labyrinth”, the police knowingly hired gang members David Mack and Rafael Pérez who were well known throughout the Blood community.

Rampart is scheduled to hit theatres on January 27th 2012.

Check the image below as you can see these businesses are not only promoting their product or services through social media ( twitter, facebook and so on) but they also make sure the profit thats been made will be used to fund for example green projects and other charity organizations.

I think its a good thing that big companies like google, pepsi cola etc are contributing to charity, every social media management team should implement that in their social media strategie plan, it sure would make the world a better place!

I teach pre-k, which you would think wouldn’t be a stressful job, but the kids really get out of control. Today we had an early Halloween party. Anytime that you pump four and five year olds with lots of sugar and caffeine from drinking Coke, you know that it is going to get rowdy in the classroom. I have twenty three kids and only one teachers aide. Trying to keep talking at a minimum is tough! Anyway, after the party, the kids were literally hanging from the ceiling. It was just one of those days that made you want to give up on teaching, quit your job, and just relax all day and watch direct.tv. I have decided that for the Christmas party, we are going to have Sprite instead of Coke to curb the caffeine intake. We are also not going to have so many sweets. I don’t know that I can take another day like that, I felt like the kids were running wild at Chuck-E-Cheese!

Nike Sportswear Releases Lamar Odom "Always On" Music Video with Original Track by Stalley, "Born To Win"

As apart of Nike Sportswear's original video series, "Always On," Nike has released an exclusive video featuring LA basketball star Lamar Odom and rapper Stalley today. Stalley created original music accompanying the video, featuring Odom's journey from his home in Los Angeles to his hometown turf in Queens, New York. Reflecting a "day in the life," this installment portrays a homecoming for Odom from walking down Jamaica Avenue and practice at Frederick B. Judge Park. The video resonates on how deep his roots have shaped him to be "always on" by visiting various places that has helped develop his mentality and dedication to athleticism from his upbringing in NYC.

Included with this video is an original track from up-and-coming Ohio rapper Stalley called "Born To Win", which was produced by J. Rawls. Stalley is also a basketball player whom in high school decided to pursue music instead of a career as a pro-athlete. Understanding the heart of what drives an athlete, Stalley's track flows cohesively with Odom's laid-back, humble style creating a reflective atmosphere. I love travelling but lately it seems like the only places we’ve been going is wherever the kids are. I know it sounds crazy but they’re spread all over the country so when my husband has time off work we like to get on a plane and go see one of them so we can get some time with the grandkids, too!

I’m trying to make our home more welcoming so they’ll come back here more often but I guess we’ll have to see if that actually works. I got SatellitetvFamily directv installed all over the house and I even had a pool put in the backyard so the little kids would be excited about it but my kids are all really stubborn so it may be a lost cause.

I’ve invited everyone to Thanksgiving this year and I think that’s’ going to be my final offer – if no one comes then I’m not buying another plane ticket to go see one of them, that’s for sure! It goes both ways!
